London, 2015: The Royal Courts of Justice







Built in the 1870s, and designed by George Edmund Street, 
the Royal Courts of Justice is a Victorian Gothic style building on the Strand, within the City of Westminster. 
Commonly called the Law Courts, it houses both the High Court and Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
It is one of the largest courts in Europe.
